What to expect on March
4th (Opening Day) for Sarita's and The River Front Tiki Hut:

Opening day for The River Front Tiki Hut is
Thursday, March 4th, 2010 at 5:00 pm. The River Front Tiki Hut will be
totally ready to go.
Here is their menu AND
order form.
(Just write your name on the order, check the items you want, pay, and listen
for your name to be called). (Serving all your favorite adult beverages,
too!)
Sarita's has been cleared on all the
licenses and permits and stuff. Their liquor license will not take effect
for a while longer.
HOWEVER, the patio at Sarita's will be open on March 4th
and Sarita's will be selling appetizers from their cool
menu.
(The inside dining area will not be open this week). Rudy invites
everyone to come out, say hello, and get acquainted.
(Again, you will have to purchase adult beverages at The Tiki Hut on opening
week).
We all apologize for the inconvenience and can't wait to serve you. Happy
hour and drink specials are on the way.
{Hint: Happy Hour on Wednesday from open 'til close with 2 for 1
Margaritas AND $1.00 draft beer.
Where else can you get that on the river? Happy Hour from 3:00
pm 'til 7:00 pm on Thursday-Sunday
Remember, Happy Hour @ Sarita's is coming, but NOT for opening week!!
For the week of March 4th, the hours at Sarita's will be the same as the hours at The Tiki Hut (listed below)
Normally, the hours for Sarita's will be:

Just so you know, 'live' acoustic music at
The Tiki Hut cranks up April 1st (Thursday) with Toby Templet. After that,
a 'live' acoustic set every Thursday evening until the end of September.
Bands? We got your band! Some of our hottest
bands every Saturday (starting at 6:00 pm). Acoustic
/ Band Schedule coming soon.
IMPORTANT STUFF
Both Sarita's and The Tiki Hut would like
to remind everyone that they are located in a residential area and to be
thoughtful
of their neighbors up and down Diversion Canal. (Please, no loud music
played from boats at the dock). One of their goals is to
be the friendly neighborhood hang out for Diversion Canal (and the surrounding
community). Another goal is to be a good neighbor.
Please, no littering coming in and leaving by car or by boat. Watch your
speed on the road and if you are coming by boat,
observe the No Wake (Idle Zone) which will be back up very soon on the
Diversion Canal.
Out of town? Out of state?
Out of the country? If you are coming to play
on the river, you might as well stay on the river.
We have a marina,
right there in the parking lot (can stay on your boat)! Contact:
