Welcome To Our Crawfish Boiling Recipe Section.  Note:  If you plan to only read our recipe ONE TIME, we suggest you wait until late January / early February, 2010, when we hope to have it perfected.  We are working on it almost daily.  You are listening to "Cajun Man" by my friend, Kane Glaze, from hist first cd titled "A Million Reasons Why."  It is a South Lousiana Anthem and one of my favorites.  Hope you enjoy the song while you look over what we have came up with (thus far).  If you like our recipe and have a suggestion, tip, etc., we'd love to hear from you.  Remember to check out our forum section, too.  Hope to see you at a crawfish boil,,,,,SOON!
