Advertising is expensive and can be a pain. We are able to make our maps and maintain the website with the support of our advertisers, sponsors, and friends. We are in an awkward position. Big businesses with lots of money don't need us and blow us off, regarding us as insignificant. Small businesses that don't have a lot of money assume we are expensive and consider us a risk.
We are affordable. The site continues to improve and expand. We have lots planned for the future! Also, we are one of the few places where you advertise and actually get something back!
To advertise on the website is $100 for a year. We give you 5 of our laminated maps ($100 value) for joining with us. To advertise on our map is $250 and we give you 15 of our laminated maps ($300 value) and 30% off any additional maps. Even if you are not interested in selling our maps, they make great gifts for your family, friends, and business clients. Quite a lot of our time is spent chasing advertisers and hearing "No thanks" far too often. Example, for every 'yes' we get, we go through about 15 no's. Still, we paddle on.
